Damaged by massive flooding in 2015, the Scotty’s Castle historic district experienced an estimated $47 million in damages to roads, buildings, and utilities. Wu & Associates is performing the rehabilitation to the Visitor’s Center and Hacienda, involving extensive site work, utility upgrades, seismic upgrades, and restoration of the historic fabric of the structures. The project also possesses the unique challenge of being in a remote desert location with limited access and communication.
