Wu & Associates is renovating the Lazaretto originally built in 1799, which served as a quarantine for new immigrants. The project consists of renovations to approximately 20,000 SF of space, including an overhaul of utility systems, masonry restoration, porch reconstruction, wood window restoration, plaster and woodwork, cupola and weathervane restoration, and elevator upgrades.
