Project Description

Wu & Associates was awarded a multi-phase design-build contract with a Fortune 500 firm to perform the design and future construction of a LEED-NC Gold certified operations center. The design-build team consisted of a diverse, nationally recognized team of consultants. After the programming, due diligence, and schematic design phases were completed for this 100+ acre property, the project was put on hold pending future funding.
