Cabrillo National Monument Visitor Center Rehabilitation

Client

National Park Service

Project Description

Wu & Associates served as the general contractor to rehabilitate the Visitor Center at the Cabrillo National Monument. Perched above the San Diego harbor, the Visitor Center serves to communicate the park’s history as the landing of Juan Rodriguez Cabrillo at San Diego Bay in 1542, the first European contact on what would later become the West Coast of the United States. Work at the Visitor Center included infilling skylights, replacing roof shingles, and replacing the quarry tile floor.
