Project Description

Building 26, located in Naval Support Activity Philadelphia, is a two-story, 177,000 sf brick warehouse and office building. Constructed in the 1940’s, the building is currently occupied by the Defense Logistics Agency. Renovations included upgrading the second floor HVAC and supporting electrical systems, and replacing the existing second floor lighting, ceilings, sprinkler systems, and windows. All replacements were installed to meet the applicable Antiterrorism/Force Protection (ATFP) criteria.
