The houses at 413 and 415 Locust Street were originally designed and constructed by Peter L. Berry, commissioned by original owner, Reverend Samuel Blair. Both buildings are now part of the Independence National Historic Park, in Philadelphia, as one of many preserved heritage locations. Wu & Associates removed and replaced the standing seam an flat copper roofs, flashings, gutters, and downspouts. Wood cornice, windows, siding, and trim were repaired, and all surfaces were freshly painted.
